They’ve Got the Drip
What makes a basketball team? An impressive stadium? A number of high-value players that always fill the seats? Aesthetic jerseys that are just as important to the team as the history behind them? We think it’s all of the above! Though we could yammer on forever about our favorite teams, we’re only going to focus on the amazing uniforms today, so come with us as we peep some of the coolest ones.
1. Toronto Raptors
The Raptors have consistently delivered amazing jerseys. We can’t deny the nostalgic appeal of their classic purple dinosaurs, but we also love their newer creations of simple claw marks on black jerseys. Call us crazy, but we love the purple ones the best, though!
2. Miami Heat
Miami’s team just proves that you don’t need anything over-the-top to stand out. All you need is a little color and a retro touch from the ‘80s to get fans excited! While they’ve had some impressive designs over the years, their 2017 vice jerseys were our favorites, and fans everywhere loved the nod to old school cool.

3. San Antonio Spurs
When it comes to basketball, you want your team to stand out a little on the court. No team knows that better than the Spurs! Their jerseys have always been loud, but that’s exactly what makes them so cool. Their current roster still boasts that traditional teal, but you can’t mistake that spur when you see it.

4. Seattle SuperSonics
The SuperSonics must have had an insane design team on their payroll; whether it’s forest green with red accents or a touch of gold on the jersey, you’re just not getting any better than their uniforms. Plenty of teams carry some sort of nostalgic feel to their ‘forms, but there’s something about Seattle that captured it perfectly.

5. Vancouver Grizzlies
Remember what we said about being loud on the court? The Grizzles kicked it up a notch with their knockout teal hues! Even on the white version, that notable shade stood out in the font, and it’s hard not to imagine the team when you see the color.
